Rachel Russotto

With over two decades of experience, Rachel has been at the forefront of implementing global learning and recognition software for some of the world’s most prestigious organizations. Positioned at the critical intersection of learning and talent management, she has collaborated with industry-leading subject matter experts to deliver impactful solutions.

She has been a key partner in establishing long-term relationships with our customers including DR Horton, BMW, KraftFoods, Caterpillar, Principle Financial, Red Hat, and MetLife. Rachel leads a global, networked team of engagement, learning, and customer service professionals that serve over 185 countries.

Rachel has successfully led implementations across five continents and in more than 20 languages, showcasing her expertise and global reach. Widely recognized by clients and colleagues alike, she is celebrated for her approachable demeanor, unwavering commitment to service, and passion for delivering exceptional results—qualities that make her an inspiring leader in her field.

Pete Psichogios

Peter brings three decades of HR expertise, helping some of the fastest-growing companies and iconic global brands elevate their experiences, performance, and productivity.

The first 15 years of his career were spent working alongside Dr. Ken Blanchard, igniting a management revolution centered on employee experience and timely recognition. He then launched his own consulting company, collaborating with renowned leaders like Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, and Jeffrey Gitomer. Peter also founded TrainOne with Jeffrey Gitomer, developing award-winning sales and customer service learning programs.

Known for his boundless enthusiasm, Peter often hears the same question: "Are you always this passionate?" His answer is always an emphatic "Yes!"

This passion has driven him to author and design programs such as Creating Raving Fans Training and Assessment Suite, and books like Leading from the Front Lines and The Seven Principles of Personalization. He co-authored blended learning programs including Yes! Attitude and Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless, and developed industry-leading assessments for sales and leadership in sectors like pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and restaurants that are still the gold standard today.

For over 30 years, Peter has consistently simplified the complex, creating elegant, practical solutions for his clients. Peter has been fortunate to receive personal coaching, mentoring, and training from some of the world’s most influential thought leaders including Dr. Ken Blanchard, Richard Boyatzis, Dr. Donald Carew, Dr. Paul Hersey, Dr. Morris Massey, Dr. Michael O’Conner, Norman Vincent Peale, Tom Peters, and others.

When he’s not crafting exceptional customer experiences, Peter enjoys adventuring with his family—hiking, mountaineering, fishing, skiing, golfing, and exploring the rugged beauty of their Alaskan home.
